Building life skills in a fun way
All children can benefit from the exercise, energy release, and pure enjoyment of playing sports. This includes children with special needs.
Children with special needs often face challenges to exercise or play sports due to delayed gross motor skills, lack of experienced coaches to manage their behaviours, parents' fear of their child getting injured, etc.
However, participating in sports can impart important skills that can benefit one in their his daily life.
