What is it

  • Finding the same number (Colour-prompted and independent worksheets)


Teaching Objectives

  • Learn to identify numbers

  • Learn to find the same number through repeated practice

How to use

  • Use the colour-prompted worksheets first.

  • Point out the main number and label it expressively.

  • Give the instruction “Can you find the number 1?/ Find the same number”

  • Use markers, stickers or your finger to find the same number.

  • When your child is more confident and successful with the colour -prompted worksheets, move on to the sheets without the prompt.




Teaching tips

  • Use number videos to make learning more fun. Pause the video after each number and work on the printable.

  • Generalize learning by identifying or pointing out numbers in other materials such as in books or puzzles.
