Identifying the colour of an object
Matching the colour of the object to the colour of the jar
How to use
Print out all the pages. Cut out each object (last 3 pages)
Give your child one object to match at a time. Progress to sorting 3 to 4 objects at a time if your child is able to.
Optional: laminate and add velcro on the jars and objects for repeated use.
Generalise by using other objects or pictures around the house.
Ask your child “What colour is the apple?” or “Which object is red?”
Increase or reduce the number of jars or objects according to your child’s level.
